our final week

First, I want to thank each of you.  I have enjoyed getting to know you this semester.  You are each unique and wonderful, and I will miss you.  I hope that you will keep in touch.

Plan for this Week:
Monday and Tuesday: Complete Review Packet and Summary Sheet
-- When you come in, get your folder and a blank summary sheet and the review sheet.
-- Work on the review sheet - make sure you have needed info on your summary sheet - and ask me if you have questions. 
-- You may also make up a missed exam (see below for list) if needed.
Wednesday: Overall Multiple Choice Final Exam
-- On Wednesday, come in, get your summary sheet and a calculator and begin the final exam.
Thursday and Friday: Sleep in and prepare for your other finals.  If you need me, I will be in 512 as usual.  

Make-Ups: These quizzes can be made up Monday or Tuesday.

We will use this graphing calculator to graph rational functions.

Mon:  Graph rational functions to see what factors in the denominator and numerator do.
Tue:   Practice figuring out vertical and horizontal asymptotes.  Make summary sheet.
Wed:  Brief review, then quiz.
Thu:   Practice figuring out x and y intercepts and details of the graph.
Fri:     Brief review, then test on graphing rational functions.
